コンビニで印刷するには？
- 書き出し画面で「コンビニで印刷する」を押し、共有メニューからネットプリントのアプリを選びます。
- 用紙サイズはA3（またはA4）、カラーを選んで登録します。予約番号が届きます。
- 店頭のマルチコピー機で予約番号を入力して印刷します。
写真として登録するとL判しか選べないことがあります。必ずPDF（文書）として登録してください。料金・対応サイズは各サービスとお店でご確認ください。
用紙サイズの選び方
- ジャンボうちわ：A3縦。大きめのうちわに貼るサイズです。
- レギュラーうちわ：A4縦。
- ネームボード：A3横。
- 連結パネル：1文字ずつA4に分けて書き出します。
うちわの形のガイドは画面上の目安で、背景で指定しない限り印刷されません。
作品はどこに保存されますか？
作品はこのiPhoneの中にだけ保存され、サーバーには送りません。アプリを削除すると作品も消えます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
サブスクリプションと購入の復元
- 無料でも作成・印刷・保存ができます。プレミアムでは、ぷくぷく・グリッター効果、プレミアム書体・テンプレートが使えます。年額・月額・週額のプランがあり、内容は同じです。
- お支払いは購入確定時にApple IDに請求されます。期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ料金で自動更新されます。料金はアプリ内のプラン画面に表示されます。
- 年額プランの3日間無料体験は、体験終了の24時間前までに解約すれば請求されません。
- 管理・解約：アプリの設定 › サブスクリプションの管理・解約、またはiOSの設定 › [ご自身の名前] › サブスクリプション。期間終了の24時間前までに解約すれば次回の請求は発生しません。
- 別の端末で購入を復元：プラン画面または設定の「購入を復元」を押してください。
- 返金はAppleが対応します：reportaproblem.apple.com
利用規約
本アプリにはAppleの標準使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）が適用されます。アーティスト名やグループ名を入れた作品は、個人の応援目的でお使いください。

어떻게 인쇄하나요?
- 내보내기 화면에서 "コンビニで印刷する"(편의점 인쇄)를 누르고, 공유 메뉴에서 인쇄 앱(일본은 넷프린트 앱)이나 파일을 고릅니다.
- 용지는 A3(또는 A4), 컬러로 인쇄합니다. 편의점·인쇄소 복합기나 집 프린터를 쓸 수 있습니다.
사진으로 등록하면 작은 사진 크기만 고를 수 있는 경우가 있습니다. PDF(문서)로 등록해 주세요. 요금과 지원 크기는 각 서비스와 매장에서 확인해 주세요.
용지 크기 고르기
- 점보 부채: A3 세로
- 일반 부채: A4 세로
- 네임보드: A3 가로
- 연결 패널: 한 글자씩 A4로 나눠 내보냅니다.
부채 모양 가이드는 화면에만 보이는 기준선이며, 배경으로 지정하지 않으면 인쇄되지 않습니다.
작품은 어디에 저장되나요?
작품은 이 iPhone에만 저장되며 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 작품도 지워집니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 보세요.
구독과 구매 복원
- 무료로도 만들기·인쇄·저장을 모두 쓸 수 있습니다. 프리미엄에서는 입체·글리터 효과와 프리미엄 글꼴·템플릿을 쓸 수 있습니다. 연간·월간·주간 요금제가 있고 내용은 같습니다.
- 결제는 구매를 확정할 때 Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다. 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 같은 요금으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 요금은 앱의 요금제 화면에 표시됩니다.
- 연간 요금제의 3일 무료 체험은 체험 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하면 결제되지 않습니다.
- 구독 관리·해지: 앱의 설정 › サブスクリプションの管理・解約(구독 관리·해지), 또는 iOS 설정 › [내 이름] › 구독. 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하면 다음 결제가 되지 않습니다.
- 다른 기기에서 구매 복원: 요금제 화면이나 설정의 "購入を復元"(구매 복원)을 누르세요.

Support
How do I print?
- On the export screen, tap コンビニで印刷する (Print at a convenience store) and share the PDF to a print app (in Japan, a convenience-store net print app) or to Files.
- Choose A3 (or A4) in color. You can use a store multifunction printer or a home printer.
Registering it as a photo may limit you to small photo sizes. Register it as a PDF document. Check prices and paper sizes with each service and store.
Paper sizes
- Jumbo uchiwa: A3 portrait
- Regular uchiwa: A4 portrait
- Name board: A3 landscape
- Linked panels: one character per A4 page
The uchiwa outline is an on-screen guide and is not printed unless you choose it as the background.
Where are my designs stored?
Only on this iPhone. They are never sent to a server, and deleting the App deletes them. See the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and restoring purchases
- Creating, printing and saving are free. Premium adds puffy and glitter effects and premium fonts and templates. Yearly, monthly and weekly plans unlock the same features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices are shown on the plans screen in the App.
- The yearly plan's 3-day free trial is not charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Manage or cancel: in the App, Settings › サブスクリプションの管理・解約 (Manage / cancel subscription), or iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Restore on another device: tap 購入を復元 (Restore Purchases) on the plans screen or in Settings.
- Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com
