プライバシーポリシー
ぷくもじ（以下「本アプリ」）は、うちわ文字やネームボードをデザインして印刷用のPDF・画像に書き出すアプリです。アカウント登録、開発者のサーバー、広告、行動追跡（トラッキング）はありません。作った作品（入力した文字やデザイン）を端末の外に送ることはありません。アプリの改善のため、GoogleのFirebase（Analytics・Crashlytics）で利用状況の統計とクラッシュ情報を受け取ります。これは設定でいつでもオフにできます（2章）。

1. 端末に保存する情報
- 作品：入力した文字、選んだテンプレート・色・書体・効果・スタンプ、用紙サイズ。アプリの保存領域（Application Support）に保存し、開発者には送りません。
- 設定：プラン画面と一度だけの割引のご案内を表示したかどうか、統計スイッチのオン・オフ、インストールした日。
作品と設定は、iCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、iOSの通常の仕組みで端末のバックアップに含まれることがあります。本アプリを削除するとこれらの情報は端末から消去されます。書き出し用の一時ファイルはiOSが自動で整理します。
2. 利用状況の統計とクラッシュ情報（Firebase）
Google LLCのFirebase Analytics（利用統計）とFirebase Crashlytics（クラッシュ報告）を使います。利用目的は、(1) クラッシュや書き出しの失敗を見つけて直し、アプリを正しく動かすこと、(2) どの機能・テンプレート・用紙が使われているかを知って改善すること、(3) プラン画面と料金プランの効果を集計して改善すること、です。
- 送る情報：機能を使った記録（アプリを開いた、作品を始めた・テンプレートを選んだ〔テンプレートの種類〕、用紙サイズを変えた、PDF・画像を書き出した／失敗した、共有先アプリの種類、印刷ガイドを見た、写真への追加を許可したか、プラン画面を見た・閉じた・選んだプラン、購入・無料体験・復元の結果〔商品ID・価格・通貨・取引番号〕、サブスクリプション管理画面を開いた、統計スイッチをオンにした）、保存している作品の数（20まで）、インストールした月、プレミアム利用中かどうか、プラン画面の表示パターン（A/Bテストのグループ）、配布経路（TestFlight・App Store）、自動で集まる情報（起動・画面・利用時間、機種、iOS・アプリのバージョン、言語、接続元IPから推定したおおよその国・地域〔開発者はIPアドレスを受け取りません。Googleの説明ではFirebase AnalyticsはIPアドレスを記録・保存しません〕、アプリごとにランダムに作られるFirebaseのインストールID）、クラッシュ時の動作記録と端末の状態。
- 送らない情報：入力した文字、作品の画像・PDF、写真、名前・メールアドレス・電話番号、Apple IDの情報、広告ID（IDFA）。広告のパーソナライズと広告計測はオフにしています。開発者が他社のデータと結び付けたり、広告やトラッキングに使ったりすることはありません。
- 保存期間と削除：個々の利用統計は受け取ってから14か月、クラッシュ報告は90日でFirebaseから自動で削除されます（個人を特定しない集計値はその後も残ります）。開発者は個人を特定する情報を持たず、インストールIDも画面に表示しないため、特定の方の記録を探して個別に削除することはできません。スイッチをオフにすれば以後は送られず、送った記録は上の期間で消えます。アプリを削除して入れ直すと新しいIDになります。
- 止める方法：設定 › 「利用状況の統計を送る」をオフにすると、それ以降、利用統計とクラッシュ情報は送りません（オンが初期値です）。オフにしても、アプリの機能はすべてそのまま使えます。
- 委託先・国外移転：Google LLC（米国）に統計とクラッシュ報告の保管・処理を委託しています。アプリの利用中に暗号化された通信で随時送られ、上の保存期間のあいだFirebaseで保管・処理されます。Googleの取り組みはFirebaseのプライバシー情報をご覧ください。
- 安全管理：通信は暗号化され、Firebaseのデータは開発者のGoogleアカウントでのみ閲覧します。
3. 写真ライブラリ
「写真に保存」を押したときだけ、写真ライブラリへの追加のみの許可をお願いします。本アプリは写真を読み取りません。許可はiOSの設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › 写真 でいつでも変更できます。
4. ご自身で送る場合と購入
- 共有・印刷：「コンビニで印刷する」などで共有メニューを開くと、選んだアプリ（ネットプリントのアプリ、ファイル、メッセージなど）にPDF・画像を渡します。渡した先ではそのサービスのポリシーが適用されます。
- 購入：サブスクリプション（年額・月額・週額）の決済・解約・返金はAppleが処理します。開発者が決済情報やApple IDの情報を受け取ることはありません。購入の結果（商品ID・価格・通貨・取引番号）は2章の統計として送ります。
5. 権利について
アーティスト名やグループ名を入れた作品は、個人の応援目的でお使いください。公式ロゴや写真など、第三者の権利がある素材は本アプリに含まれていません。
6. このウェブサイト
このページは、Cookie・分析ツール・スクリプトを使わない静的なページです。ページを配信するホスティング事業者が、一般的なウェブ接続と同様にIPアドレスなどの接続情報を処理することがあります。本アプリがこのサイトに何かを送ることはありません。
7. お子さま
本アプリはお子さまを対象としていません。13歳未満のお子さまの個人情報を意図的に集めることはありません。
8. 変更
ポリシーを変更する場合は、新しい改定日とともにこのページに掲載します。集める情報を増やす場合は、そのバージョンを公開する前にこのページを更新します。
9. 開示等のご請求とお問い合わせ
保有する情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除などのご請求やご質問は support@indiehack.kr までメールでお送りください。手数料はかかりません。2章のとおり開発者は個人を特定する情報を持たないため、お応えできる範囲をご説明します。いただいたメールアドレスと内容は返信のためだけに使い、ご希望があれば削除します。
개인정보 처리방침
푸쿠모지(이하 "앱")는 응원 부채 문구와 네임보드를 디자인해 인쇄용 PDF·이미지로 내보내는 앱입니다. 회원가입, 개발자 서버, 광고, 행동 추적(트래킹)이 없습니다. 만든 작품(입력한 글자와 디자인)은 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다. 앱을 개선하기 위해 Google의 Firebase(Analytics·Crashlytics)로 사용 통계와 오류(충돌) 정보를 받습니다. 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다(2절).

1. 기기에 저장되는 정보
- 작품: 입력한 글자, 고른 템플릿·색·글꼴·효과·스탬프, 용지 크기. 앱 저장 영역(Application Support)에 저장하며 개발자에게 보내지 않습니다.
- 설정: 요금제 화면과 1회성 할인 안내를 보여 줬는지, 통계 스위치 켜짐·꺼짐, 설치한 날.
작품과 설정은 iCloud 백업을 켠 경우 iOS의 일반적인 방식으로 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이 정보는 기기에서 지워집니다. 내보내기용 임시 파일은 iOS가 자동으로 정리합니다.
2. 사용 통계와 오류 정보(Firebase)
Google LLC의 Firebase Analytics(사용 통계)와 Firebase Crashlytics(충돌 보고)를 씁니다. 처리 목적은 (1) 충돌과 내보내기 실패를 찾아 고쳐 앱이 정상 동작하게 하는 것, (2) 어떤 기능·템플릿·용지가 쓰이는지 알아 개선하는 것, (3) 요금제 화면과 요금제의 효과를 집계해 개선하는 것입니다. 기능 사용 기록은 행태정보에 해당할 수 있으며, 맞춤형 광고에는 쓰지 않습니다.
- 보내는 정보: 기능을 쓴 기록(앱 실행, 작품 시작·템플릿 선택[템플릿 종류], 용지 크기 변경, PDF·이미지 내보내기 성공·실패, 공유한 앱의 종류, 인쇄 안내 보기, 사진 추가 권한 허용 여부, 요금제 화면 보기·닫기·고른 요금제, 구매·무료 체험·복원 결과[상품 ID·가격·통화·거래 번호], 구독 관리 화면 열기, 통계 스위치 켜기), 저장한 작품 수(20개까지), 설치한 달, 프리미엄 사용 여부, 요금제 화면 표시 유형(A/B 테스트 그룹), 설치 경로(TestFlight·App Store), 자동으로 모이는 정보(실행·화면·사용 시간, 기기 모델, iOS·앱 버전, 언어, 접속 IP로 추정한 대략의 나라·지역[개발자는 IP 주소를 받지 않으며, Google 설명에 따르면 Firebase Analytics는 IP 주소를 기록·저장하지 않음], 앱마다 무작위로 만들어지는 Firebase 설치 ID), 충돌 시 동작 기록과 기기 상태.
- 보내지 않는 정보: 입력한 글자, 작품 이미지·PDF, 사진, 이름·이메일·전화번호, Apple 계정 정보, 광고 식별자(IDFA). 광고 개인화와 광고 측정은 꺼 두었습니다. 개발자가 다른 회사의 데이터와 결합하거나 광고·추적에 쓰지 않습니다.
- 보유 기간과 파기: 개별 사용 통계는 받은 날부터 14개월, 충돌 보고는 90일이 지나면 Firebase에서 자동으로 삭제됩니다(개인을 알아볼 수 없는 집계 수치는 그 뒤에도 남을 수 있습니다). 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다. 개발자는 개인을 식별하는 정보를 갖고 있지 않고 설치 ID도 화면에 보여 주지 않으므로, 특정인의 기록을 찾아 개별 삭제할 수는 없습니다. 스위치를 끄면 그 뒤로는 보내지 않고, 이미 보낸 기록은 위 기간이 지나면 삭제됩니다. 앱을 지웠다 다시 설치하면 새 ID로 시작합니다.
- 거부(끄는) 방법: 설정 › "利用状況の統計を送る"(사용 통계 보내기)를 끄면 그 뒤로 사용 통계와 충돌 정보를 보내지 않습니다(기본값은 켜짐). 꺼도 앱의 모든 기능을 불이익 없이 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 처리 위탁과 국외 이전: 이전받는 자 Google LLC(미국, 문의: Google 개인정보 문의), 위탁 업무 사용 통계·충돌 보고의 저장과 처리, 이전 항목 위의 "보내는 정보", 이전 시기와 방법 앱을 쓰는 동안 암호화된 네트워크로 수시 전송, 보유 기간 위와 같음. 위 스위치로 이전을 거부할 수 있고, 거부해도 앱 이용에 불이익은 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 보호 안내를 참고하세요.
- 안전성 확보 조치: 전송은 암호화되며, Firebase 데이터는 개발자의 Google 계정으로만 조회합니다.
3. 사진 보관함
"사진에 저장"을 누를 때만 사진 보관함에 추가만 하는 권한을 요청합니다. 앱은 사진을 읽지 않습니다. 권한은 iOS 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 사진에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
4. 사용자가 직접 보내는 경우와 구매
- 공유·인쇄: 공유 메뉴를 열면 사용자가 고른 앱(넷프린트 앱, 파일, 메시지 등)에 PDF·이미지를 넘깁니다. 받는 곳에서는 그 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.
- 구매: 구독(연간·월간·주간) 결제·해지·환불은 Apple이 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보나 Apple 계정 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구매 결과(상품 ID·가격·통화·거래 번호)는 2절의 사용 통계로 보냅니다.
5. 권리 관련 안내
아티스트나 그룹 이름을 넣은 작품은 개인 응원 목적으로 사용해 주세요. 공식 로고나 사진처럼 제3자의 권리가 있는 소재는 앱에 들어 있지 않습니다.
6. 이 웹사이트
이 페이지는 쿠키, 분석 도구, 스크립트를 쓰지 않는 정적 페이지입니다. 페이지를 전달하는 호스팅 업체가 일반적인 웹 접속처럼 IP 주소 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 이 웹사이트에 아무것도 보내지 않습니다.
7. 아동
앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 법정대리인의 동의 없이 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 변경
방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 개정일과 함께 게시합니다. 수집하는 정보를 늘리는 경우 그 버전을 출시하기 전에 이 페이지를 먼저 고칩니다.
9. 정보주체의 권리와 문의
개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. support@indiehack.kr로 메일을 보내 주시면 지체 없이 처리하며, 2절처럼 개발자가 개인을 식별할 수 없는 정보는 처리할 수 있는 범위를 안내해 드립니다. 문의 메일의 주소와 내용은 답장에만 쓰고, 요청하시면 삭제합니다.
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), 대검찰청(국번 없이 1301), 경찰청(국번 없이 182)에 문의할 수 있습니다.
Privacy Policy
Pukumoji (the "App") lets you design fan-sign letters and name boards and export them as PDFs or images for printing. There is no account, no developer server, no advertising and no tracking. Your designs (the text you type and what you make) never leave your device unless you share them. To improve the App, it sends usage statistics and crash reports through Google's Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). You can turn this off at any time in Settings (section 2).

1. Data stored on your device
- Designs: the text you type, and the template, colors, fonts, effects, stamps and paper size you choose. Stored in the App's Application Support folder and never sent to the developer.
- Settings: whether the plans screen and the one-time discount offer have been shown, the statistics switch, and the install date.
If iCloud Backup is on, designs and settings may be included in your device backup in the usual iOS way. Deleting the App removes this data from the device. Temporary export files are cleaned up by iOS.
2. Usage statistics and crash reports (Firebase)
The App uses Firebase Analytics (usage statistics) and Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports) from Google LLC. Purposes: (1) finding and fixing crashes and export failures so the App works properly, (2) learning which features, templates and paper sizes are used so they can be improved, and (3) measuring how the plans screen and plans perform.
- What is sent: feature events (opening the App, starting a design or picking a template [template type], changing paper size, exporting a PDF or image and whether it failed, the kind of app you shared to, viewing the print guide, whether add-to-Photos access was allowed, viewing or closing the plans screen and the plan chosen, purchase, free-trial and restore results [product ID, price, currency, transaction ID], opening subscription management, turning the statistics switch on); the number of saved designs (capped at 20); install month; whether Premium is active; which plans-screen variant you see (A/B test group); install channel (TestFlight or App Store); automatically collected data (launches, screens, session length, device model, iOS and App version, language, approximate country/region estimated from the IP address [the developer never receives IP addresses, and Google states that Firebase Analytics does not log or store them], and a random per-app Firebase installation ID); and, on a crash, the crash trace and device state.
- What is never sent: the text you type, design images or PDFs, photos, your name, email or phone number, Apple Account details, or the advertising identifier (IDFA). Ad personalization and ad measurement are turned off. The developer does not combine the data with other companies' data or use it for advertising or tracking.
- Retention and deletion: event-level usage statistics are deleted automatically by Firebase after 14 months and crash reports after 90 days (non-identifying aggregate figures may remain). The developer holds nothing that identifies you and the App does not display the installation ID, so individual records cannot be located and deleted on request. Turning the switch off stops further sending, and data already sent is deleted after the periods above. Reinstalling the App starts a new ID.
- How to turn it off: Settings › "利用状況の統計を送る" (Send usage statistics). Once off, no usage statistics or crash reports are sent. It is on by default, and every feature keeps working when it is off.
- Processor and international transfer: Google LLC (United States). Google LLC processes the statistics and crash reports on the developer's behalf. Data is sent over encrypted connections while you use the App and is stored and processed by Firebase for the periods above. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.
- Security: data is encrypted in transit, and Firebase data is viewed only through the developer's Google account.
3. Photo library
Only when you tap "Save to Photos" does the App ask for add-only access to your photo library. The App never reads your photos. You can change this any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
4. What you choose to send, and purchases
- Sharing and printing: the share sheet passes the PDF or image to the app you pick (a print app, Files, Messages and so on). That service's own policy then applies.
- Purchases: Apple processes subscription (yearly, monthly, weekly) payments, cancellations and refunds. The developer never receives payment or Apple Account details. Purchase results (product ID, price, currency, transaction ID) are sent as usage statistics under section 2.
5. Rights
Please use designs with artist or group names for personal fan support. The App contains no official logos, photos or other third-party material.
6. This website
This is a static page with no cookies, analytics or scripts. The hosting provider that serves it may process connection data such as IP addresses, as with any website. The App sends nothing to this site.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8. Changes
Changes will be posted on this page with a new date. If the App starts collecting more data, this page will be updated before that version is released.
9. Your rights and contact
To request access, correction, suspension or deletion, or to ask anything, email support@indiehack.kr. There is no fee. As described in section 2, the developer holds no identifying information and will explain what can be done. Your email address and message are used only to reply and are deleted on request.
